About the Student Lounge module

The Student Lounge differs from the Class Discussion only in its name. While teachers have full access to the discussions held in the Student Lounge, the intent of the module is to provide a place for students to socialize. That is, the Student Lounge is there for distance education students to talk about things that are not related to the class. Of course, a teacher can choose to use the Student Lounge as a second discussion area, in addition to the Class Discussion, for any purpose.
